In the European Quarter of Frankfurt am Main, an office tower and office building are being constructed.

The office tower consists of a ground floor and 17 office floors, and the adjacent office building consists of seven full floors and one penthouse floor. Both buildings have three basement levels and are founded on a common foundation slab with large-diameter bored piles in the area of the office tower.

Hartwich Bernhardt Engineers were entrusted with the structural engineering planning for the entire project.
