Planning coordinator for construction projects
Our area of responsibility includes the compilation and technical comparison of the information relevant to the structural construction from the planning teams in the areas of structural planning and architectural planning, taking into account and controlling the structural feasibility of the MEP planning.
We are involved in offer processing and supplement management. In addition, we check the planning for contractual conformity and compliance with relevant laws, standards and guidelines and, if possible, try to optimize technical solutions in dialogue with those involved in the planning and construction. We work on time and within budget and see ourselves as cooperation partners with a common project goal.
Our areas of responsibility as planning coordinator
We rely on maintaining a network of various planning disciplines (designers, architects, specialist engineers, etc.). We are the responsible interface for the creation of the formwork and reinforcement planning in coordination with those involved in the planning and with the construction site.
To handle project organization and planning throughout the entire planning phase, we are in constant dialogue with everyone involved in planning and construction. We ensure technically professional planning in compliance with regulations and taking economic efficiency into account. We help clarify technical and building law issues and support the project development of construction projects.
