City Villas – Potsdam

In Potsdam Babelsberg, Five Townhouses with Row Houses and a Street-Facing Office and Residential Building Are Under Construction.

The buildings and townhouses consist of a ground floor and four stories. They have basements and share an underground parking garage. The row houses consist of a ground floor and two upper floors.

Hartwich Bernhardt Ingenieure has been commissioned to handle the structural engineering for the entire project.
